What did you like most about the interview process?
It is a short process.
I liked the interview I had with the person who became my direct manager. We both had such a natural flow to our interview almost as if it were two gals getting to know each other over coffee. But at the same time the tough questions were asked.
They explain the job and processes well.

Customer interactions are the happiest part of the work.
Helping guests meet all their needs. Being an asset to the work team. Meeting goals. Remaining positive.
