gratis is not necessarily fair at my specific location. also not getting holiday pay was definitely upsetting for the 2023 season. it is something that i was counting on as part of my paycheck, and to get stiffed like that was hurtful, it almost makes me want to find another job that offers more.

Catty and petty attitudes need to be checked at the door.
I'm excluded out of everything they never sit down and talk to me about the store and how it's doing
apparently there is no way to get assistance with maternity benefits with this company. you can be told by the dr it is unsafe to work and will not get paid. you can have the child and still need to wait more than 2 weeks for any answer. 4 weeks with no pay!

It is a short process.
I liked the interview I had with the person who became my direct manager. We both had such a natural flow to our interview almost as if it were two gals getting to know each other over coffee. But at the same time the tough questions were asked.
They explain the job and processes well.
Was very quick and easy hired on the spot
They were very professional and polite. Which mademe feel more comftable and relax.
Ask a simple wuestion and dont hire without background checks
They're so easy to find out what's wrong, and they never appraise you for what you did right
There is essentially no training provided.
Actually hiring quality people they hire anyone because turnover rate is so high

Customers notice salon behaiviors as catty. Im constantly convincing clients to stay. While stylist with poor attitudes continue to work with less skill , poor work wrhic and same pay as somone with a great attitude and work ethic.
