I have worked for two teams - one horrible and cliquey, the other pretty great. My great team members have all left. Good team members have been smart, empathetic, ready for challenges, but these are rare. Most of the staff/faculty have gray clouds surrounding them and look for a fight and/or gossip
We work together to share best practices and resources, it is a team-minded group.
