I started out 16 years ago loving this career, then I was furloughed for about 12 months. Once I came back I enjoyed it it and it seemed great but as time went on the company started going down and the treatment of the trainment became horrible. The company only cares about MONEY/PROFIT.

Choose/hire better employees, be honest and open about what really happens when working with up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about our craft, we get the jhob done, we protect one another, we work together and always help one another out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allow the trainmen to do thier jobs with a sense of security, keep two man crews at all times and pay the trainmen a cost of living increase that is equal to todays times.
