Heartbreaking. So many promises from Mr Fritz when he first came into office. We all thought maybe corruption would be ran out, ethics reinstalled, our smaller sized customer base would grow locally. The exact opposite has happened. The exact opposite. We have torn apart communities.

The top demonstrates over and over again how disconnected with their workforce they truly are. Mr Fritz is a great orator, but a terrible leader.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need a CEO and COO that understand our unique environmental demands and opportunities. Mr Fritz seems to only want to do business with large corporations and cut out the smaller ones until the STB forces us to do business with smaller companies. Lots of unethical practices and fraud.
