they dont even allow paid sick days and medical keeps going up. They want you at work sick.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company is always cutting and making the jobs harder. Because we have less people to do the job its harder to do a quality job. If the company would look more a quality of the work environment and less at lining there pockets would be a start. You don't lay people off when making record profits
