Not be selfish and lazy when it comes to doing work. Learn to trade out roles so everyone isn't doing the same job and getting burnt out. Stop acting like management when you didn't apply fit the job.
Doing their jobs properly. If they don't know something, don't act like they do. Train the new people with actual trainers, don't just dump them off on senior employees who don't want anyone new "slowing them down". Just do and be better. I feel like they purposely treat people bad just to do it
