What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Doing their jobs properly. If they don't know something, don't act like they do. Train the new people with actual trainers, don't just dump them off on senior employees who don't want anyone new "slowing them down". Just do and be better. I feel like they purposely treat people bad just to do it

Avoid nepotism, harassment, favoritism, belittling, and prejudice.

I believe if the leadership team actually communicated with one another they would not only be more successful ,but they'd accomplish real teamwork

They never tell you that you've done a good job

Rollina Camargo is the worst manager I have ever worked for. Completely egotistical, cruel, and unethical. Unfit for management.
