Sr leadership could try being truthful. Acknowledge contributions by support staff. Never hear praise, just get more work.

allow our team to suggest projects based on doctors and medical staff needs not trying to achieve fake performance measures

The real light, no protection of staff from patients (fed cops called, reports filed, nothing happens, no justice or change, staff gets hurt again)
