What needs to change to make the company culture better?

better communication from leadership to employees. No false promises. Better equipment. Same employees calling out regularly.

Direct managers need to be more open to answering questions versus criticizing the action already taken; focus on future, not past. Allow subordinates to discuss and have small talk w/o interjecting every other sentence, Take a step back and trust their employees to use the training provided to them
