Management needs replaced on many level. We need people with Management experience not self promoted people with no experience in management let alone a hospital
They need New supervisors and managers
The management team needs to be monitored and actually taken serious! When their management team is reported for harassment, make sure it is seen all the way through! Make sure everyone is receiving the same fair treatment, NO EXCEPTIONS! Mngmt has been heard laughing at employees they made cry.

Workload is WAY too high for the way the current system and support staffing levels. Roadblocks everywhere, corporate implementations without site specific solutions, corners are cut, clients are rushed, management valued much more than doctors.
