What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k with company match is great
Competitive salaries and bonus structure
Grandfathered vacation. Per hour pay is good but they will schedule you 30-36 hours so you wind up cut anyway
Health insurance was ok. Pet discount.

I have had no issues with anyone at my level, they have all been nice/supportive people.
