My team is perfect, they all work very hard as they understand that we are in this together. They have experience and understand how challenging and draining this job can be.

my kennel team was great in the care they provided to clients. the upper management took credit for this when all they did was sit and watch cameras or order food from their desk

to not think their way is the only way, there are actually other ways but most of the time it is one person running the show it seems like and it is let to happen

The employees that are all at the same level are great to work with it is the supervisors that are the issue, its hard to had good moral when you are talked negatively about and employees are excluded if they do not fit in.

They just "bark" orders. No pun intended

Most of the technicians can work as a team but there are some that refuse and make it very difficult to have a smooth day. They will also abandon you without a word and you are left to pick up the slack. Most everyone else tries to be helpful but those few that think of themselves as elitist.
There's a lot of favoritism going around and a lot of people not being treat fair, and they don't speak up because they don't want to lose their job. Everyone needs to be treated the same, so working as a team can be achieved better and more smoothly.

We would have staff meetings but nothing ever seemed to change. My coworkers would think that things unless they were specifically called never applied to them. My management team was never on the same page which made it hard for support staff to be consistent with hospital procedures.
Communicate, Micromanagement can end, understanding, lack of bullying, inclusion
Everyone is tired of the corporate skeleton shifts. They aren't loyal. They could use a better manager and more common sense. Our manager locks her doors and we hardly see her. It feels like a dictatorship. When VCA bought this place it felt like diplomacy and democracy.
Again, stop leaving people adrift and not properly training.

Communication! Negative attitudes! Teamwork! Will to work! Disrespect! Reprimands. Knowledge base (technichians, receptionist, management). Management skills. Patient care.
It seems like is a very highschool mean girls enviroment. People will also openly talk about how they are getting in trouble or talked down to for something that was beyond their own control. The management condones this and likes to gossip and spred fake information.
