Overall, it's been a great job. I do wish there was room for more pay increases and opportunities to excell, but for the time being, I'm genuinely satisfied with the job.

Overall, its been great, but stagnant. It would be nice if people who are consistently going above and beyond are more than just verbally praised. However, this has been one of the best jobs I have had and I plan to stick around.

I genuinely enjoy the work that I do and working with my staff.

We tend to be grouped together and not valued or compensated individually for our extra efforts.

They're very hard workers for the most part, and add much value to the overall team as individuals.

The culture is professional and comfortable. You are able to say what you think and feel and get positive feedback for your efforts.

The flexibility overall. Day to day it would be the relaxation of the environment and knowing that my efforts are making a difference.

When people work outside of their work responsibilities on a consistent basis, they should be compensated appropriately. Also, many of my attributes to the company go unnoticed.

Being a work from home position now, it tends to feel more lonely most days, but I do enjoy when we have meetings and can interact with each other.

I love my job, and love helping others become better overall employees. I also love finding problems and working to fix them in order to add value to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here for quite some time, and have exceeded my general position description, yet I have only received pay increases as the rest of the company (cost of living) in the last couple years. The verbal praises are no longer enough.
