Fast promotion is definitely very nice I've been her just over a month and have hit my third promotion already.

They genuinely care about their employees and check on them all the time not just for work but they check on how they are actually doing in life and are always there for support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about the team is that everyone is just generally happy optimistic good people that lift each other up and challenge themselves to be better not just for themselves but for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy is hearing the stories from customers and just spending time with people and listening and having fun any job is such a blast when you get those good hearted people and everyone in Vector is an outstanding person and makes work not even feel like work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that it is a big family everyone cares about the other even if we don't know them that well and the culture is more so about learning and growing to be the best at any and everything you do and they don't care if your future is with them they just want you to succeed.
