I have been here for almost 10 years. Most in management and I can say its one of the best things I have ever done. Ive grown a ton, met some great people, travelled the world, made some good money and love the autonomy.

More financial compensation as higher up manager

Feeling of helping people and watching them grow/make tons of money
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no cap on income and the incentives are incredible. Many of my friends do not get anything close incentive wise at their companies
