The culture is very people-centric. People are ALWAYS put first.

They're "down to earth" and very respectful of everyone around them.

Nobody is a "know it all". Everyone understands that there will always be more to learn
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's a lot of great parts, but if I had to pick one, I'd pick 401k matching.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to engage in productive work while also being able to healthily socialize with my coworkers.
