We keep competition friendly and make sure to use it to keep each other accountable to our goals. They're all really focused on building an authentic community.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to influence people and help them find their calling where ever that might be. Seeing their growth and fulfillment brings me such joy day to day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the humanity at every level of leadership. Everyone has such empathy and compassion when they're leading and helping members of the team. I couldn't ask for better leaders in the workplace
What is the best part about your compensation package?
How generous it is. There are so many ways the corporate structure helps it's management that I often forget the different bonuses I'm able to receive until I see it on my check.
