It has always been a second job for me as I work a full-time job as well, but it is a very good second job.

Being able to assist the customers whatever their need. Being able to "hear" the smile on their face when you took of their issue/concern.

For the past several years it has been that we were able to keep our jobs while going through a difficult pandemic and weak economy and were able to do so from our homes for many departments. Sorry that will be changing shortly, but understandable.
