I went into the company as an inexperienced student and in the year that I have been here I have started investing, reading and preparing myself for the future I want. I have excelled both on the rep and manager side. I am the person I am today because of this company.

The people around you want you to succeed, whether it be in the business or outside the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really close, after team meetings we will play a game together or stay on zoom and chat.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount you get paid is directly related to the amount you put into the job. The more you put in the more you get out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works to create more leaders. They would rather have us grow into leaders and leave better than we came rather than retain us as followers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help someone get a product that is going to be used for the rest of their life and the lives of their kids, also having the opportunity to meet and grow relationships between people in all walks of life.
