Selling was the best part being new and becoming an assistant manager. Having to be a manager was not the best experience for me and I do wish I stopped at AM. Although, it was a good experience because I learned how to think about things before agreeing to them.

Mostly just becoming friends with the people around me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I had more guidance throughout the summer from the upper management especially about spending money and how much money was going to be spent
