I have been blessed to advance within the company. We are always given the opportunity to work on self development and take courses through JCC.

My overall experience has been wonderful until covid. The culture has changed and times have evolved. People made life changes, big ones based on continuing to work at home, but that wasn't even considered. Hiring outside when people within need full time positions has affected the culture

Everyone is treated like family and always willing to help each other out when needed

Pay, Health Insurance and Profit Share are great. PTO/Vacation time is not competitive with other companies

They have empathy and understand when you have personal/family matters that need to be taken care of

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hiring outside the company when there are individuals within the company who are seeking full time positions. Company stresses employees need better work/life balances, but working at home helped with this issue and was taken away.
