My team is comprised of brilliant individuals who are always seeking to learn, grow, and get 1% better every day. It makes my job so much more fulfilling.

The fact that they pour into every person they work with as if they will be here for the rest of their career, even if they know that person might move on down the road. Their level of commitment to their people is unmatched.
