Always positive and motivating. The use of real examples and the willingness to give tips and explain the success one is having is great.

We are a team of go getters that want to offer as many people as possible an opportunity to grow and improve while working with us.

My manager ensures that I make a set minimum per month and will do so out of pocket, if the office doesn't hit its monthly sales goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I enjoy working with my manager coworkers, but we're are working to bring in some sharp sales representatives. I believe that's where my office is lacking in quality right now.
