We are always looking for ways to grow and improve ourselves and our company in positive ways.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership has lacked communicating a clear direction since the pandemic. We need to evaluate what we're doing. All we do is keep working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I am unhappy with our compensation. Simply commission based compensation with travel opportunities based on that same commission is not enough benefit for the work we do as district managers.
