What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't get any benefits, but I enjoy getting a discount on Cutco products and believe I get paid well for what the job requires
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is sometimes hard to provide constructive criticism- if something is going wrong that a supervisor isn't aware of and you try to fix it, they tell you not to and then don't fix the problem themselves. There should be a system for anonymously reporting issues.
