I love that they have my back no matter what. Even if it has nothing to do with work, the people here take care of each other.

They are some of my best friends, we show up for each other and motivate each other to be our best. There is a lot of friendly competition.

What makes me most happy is seeing how I can help other people grow, build confidence, enhance their skill set, live a higher quality of life. My job is to help others to become a better version of themselves personally, professionally, emotionally, and financially. It's extremely rewarding.
