Its very uplifting - I have communicated with other managers from other divisions and even if they've never met me they're still always willing to help me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very quick to respond to problems and always provide solutions that are in my best interest. Very people-oriented and theres a huge focus on building relationships
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get based on my value rather than just on my time. We get company sponsored travel 6+ times a year, company sponsored car after 20 months of working, and several bonus structures to reward performance
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are incredibly growth oriented. The company does a great job of attracting the right people to work here. They care about their people, they are always collaborative instead of hiding things that are going well, and i feel well supported
