The new Super Bonus program. My results determine my pay. They are always restructuring the program too to best benefit District Managers.

There is a significant purpose on the positive impact the culture can have on someone. There is a constant facilitated effort for growth.

I am paid depending on my performance and work ethic. I like being in control of my income based on the value that I provide.
