Working with Vector has changed my life. I've learned to take ownership of my life and have been taught or searched out the tools to be successful. Vector is a special place with amazing people!

As I have worked with Cutco/ Vector, I have grown at a rate I never would have by conventional employment or schooling. I am challenged, taught to think critically for solutions, and rewarded well for hard work. I travel, live and get to thrive working with Cutco/ Vector.

Working with Vector/Cutco has been an experience that I though would only last a summer. 13 years later, I am still growing. It's a place I plan on retiring from because my growth and success is determinant of my actions. It can't be more fair than that.

The Culture they bring and teach us to bring to our own offices. They care for our success in the business and our personal lives, they send birthday and Christmas cards. They even sent their condolences when someone in my family passed away. They truly care.

I choose what I do in every moment of my day, personal and professional. I drive the culture, day to day, in my office. The attendance of our conferences give each of us a chance to impact co-workers we wouldn't be able to in a local office setting.
