Everyone is always continuously looking to improve themselves professionally and personally. Something you don't see much in Corporate America
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid what we are worth as a District Manager compared to other companies in the industry and the work that goes into the role.
