This place is insidious, rewarded with good pay and the appearance of upward mobility, to make changes for the better. Once complacent your met with realization there is little upward mobility and no chance of ever making difference. I exist to serve and not to question or challenge power.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers, plus four other words. To satisfy the bot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the area income is good, as a long time employee; I can see the whittling away of benefits. Costly health care, lost retirement benefits, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You switch between leadership team and managers in your questions, this is confusing as I few my manager separate from "the leadership Team" I able to retain my income from my leadership team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership and culture is changing and I am unsure if it is for a better future. I understand that change is necessary, however in my job I see "The Leadership Team" undermining long standing policies, to appease the sales force. Which could lead to dire consequences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work from home so I rarely have to interact with them. When I am forced to enter the office it is a empty shell of a bygone era where butts in seats = productivity. The empty office is bleak, yet I do not wish to return.
