I enjoy developing people. This job can hit close to home with how personal it can get with the relationships you make here!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

As I mentioned earlier, it's just taking action against one particular divisional manager. Many people have left due to him. When I started, it was a different atmopshere and culture altogether.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Please look at my previous comments, but the work environment and vibe of my division changed. There are many other things I don't feel comfortable expressing here. This company can be a great place to work, but it depends on the manager--especially the division

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other divisions are fine, but my division had me as a DM as well as tech support, divisional admin, etc. If I improved at all in my individual and independent performance, then it didn't matter to my DVM. I wouldn't get paid for most of the extra things I did. I constantly felt misunderstood by him.
