I've loved working with Vector for almost two years now! I've grown a lot in my time here, and I've met a lot of people who have changed my life forever. The thing that has kept me here so long is definitely the people. I've never had coworkers who are more caring and loving.

We get to have so much fun at work that it starts to feel like hanging out with friends - work just happens to be involved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are super driven and hardworking, and they inspire me every day to do the same. They always give me a good laugh when I need it, and they support me inside and outside of the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone really cares about the rest of the team. Our manager has built a culture of creating champions who are the best versions of themselves. Although we always work hard to win, the ledership team truly care about each person beyond the results they produce.
