When I started, I didn't imagine I would be here long given the person I was before then. Now it's become a place where I feel valued, am always growing and challenged, and can have whatever future I create. Ideally, I'll stay here until I retire because I can't Imagine working anywhere else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Division team in particular is like my family. I love spending time with them inside and outside the business, and I know that by surrounding myself with them, I'm influencing myself in really positive ways. They're all hard-working, genuine, fun people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think it's clear that they genuinely care about us as individuals, and will do everything in their power to help us be as successful as possible. It truly is a people-first business, and that gives me a lot of pride in what I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really is a people-first company and that contributes to our success. It's also extremely inclusive. Anyone can be extremely successful here if they have the work ethic and the motivation, and our managers and execs do an incredible job providing the tools necessary to excel.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've traveled more with the company than I've ever done in my entire life before that. I grew up in a really low-income family, so having a job that loves taking me all across the world to have signature experiences is something I never dreamed would be a possibility for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I just love the people I'm surrounded by and the opportunities I have to influence them in a positive way. I feel like what I do actually makes a difference in the lives of the individuals I work with and in the community as a whole. It's extremely rewarding and I look forward to it each day.
