
The leadership - hands down. They are always striving for best practices and urging subordinates to grow with them, challenge ourselves and flourish while we share ideas and concepts with one another. Innovation flourishes here.
My coworkers are young & naive at times. Several coworkers became involved personally and when their relationship ended it made a toxic environment for those involved & everyone around it. It's dumb high school level drama that gets in the way of synergy and growth, let alone a pleasant environment.
I believe most DMs would appreciate some kind of consistency to their compensation - or perhaps a more thorough income map out plan. Not just how much charges will be or when they will be, but even more specific, how much do I need to produce to have X amount in income/stability?
