It has been a rewarding company to be apart of at such a young age. I have developed more here as an individual in every way imaginable compared to any other experience in my life thus far.

I have seen myself grow and travel more than I ever thought I would 5 years ago. It has been an amazing vehicle to help me level up my skills as a young adult and for me I know I just keep pulling back the sling shot until I go do something different I just keep getting better and better

It's very lucrative, even when I fail and don't hit my goals.

Like I said before the room and speed in which someone can grow, plus how everyone wants to see everyone win

They are responsive and make it easier to do my job at a high level. They also create great contests to incentivize performance.

We have such a great group of people doing amazing things outside of vector that is fueled by the work the do in vector. We are all problem solvers.
