I love how everyone is just very motivated and also very similar to myself in terms of ambition and goal seeking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they genuinely care about me as a person and want to see me grow while also being extremely open to feedback on how to grow themselves and the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think its great that we promote from within because it allows managers to be very empathetic towards newer managers and reps but also shows that all of these people continue their journey with the company becasue of how dedicated they are to the company goal and to improving new reps.
