That there are guaranteed parts of it but that there is also no ceiling to what I can earn as I continue to improve!

I love that I can tell their focus is developing and growing me first before they worry about my results. I feel strongly they believe that by making me stronger, it will lead to a stronger business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that the team is a collection of like minded individuals that are motivated and going after their goals! They all want to succeed, but they also will share and help others to achieve their goals.
