My experience with the company has been amazing overall. Even though I am not where I want to be, I know that I am still able to become a better representative for the company as long as I stay focused and aligned with the core values.

What makes me most happy about my work is that I get to impact others and guide them through the process of becoming their own boss.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team cares about us as people instead of the numbers that we produce in our sales. The people on our leadership team have shown great value to what Vector is and what they represent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is that I get paid the results that I put into the business. Not a lot of people get to have the privilege of being paid what they're worth, and this company delivers that to its full extent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our culture and environment is that everyone is willing to help each other out. I have never been in a workplace where I get to interact with like-minded people who don't shy away from helping people, and this company has brought me that tremendously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we get to chase after our goals together as well as hold each other accountable for our successes. No matter where we end up, we always know that we have each others' backs and we will get to become better versions of ourselves in the process.
