My managers have never belittled or yelled at me. They always strive to collaborate on issues in a constructive way in order to fix problems. My managers are helpful, thoughtful, and compassionate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership of this organization is constantly striving to improve, grow, and overall put forth the benefit of the team above just their own personal desires, and I think that speaks volumes to the character development of everyone within the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is goal oriented and driven. They have ambitions, dreams, and use those goals to better themselves not just as sales representatives but as people, and community members. Our team gives back to those around them, our team leads with integrity and passion.
