the people I work with, the income, the product we sell, the representatives I get to develop.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses for New Districts are insane. The amount of money a manager can earn right after graduation is absolutely mind blowing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how much they poor into their people and really give them an opportunity to mess up and get really great before they move forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how we cheer each other on no matter what and never hold back on what is working. It's such a huge team environment that gives you the chance to grow more and more.
