Overall, my experience has been pretty great. My only complaint is the lack of ability for growth. It seems that you can hit a ceiling here, and offers for advancement are very scarce.

I would say it's been a great experience. The company has been willing to meet me where I'm at in regards to needing accommodations for my hours and support going through difficult times. I appreciate the environment and genuine regard for my success.
