What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from home and having the flexibility and autonomy to work on my own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all care about one another and push each other to become our best selves. It's a place to always learn, grow, and dream!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are in the midst of negotiations to make this better. Being paid hat we are worth is important and they should want to pay us fairy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about you and your well being. Our leaders are always encouraging us to live our best lives in and outside of the business. They value us as people first and workers second.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard and play hard. We all care about each of us doing our best and having fun whole we do it. The culture we have created is to always have a goal or a dream to go after and our executives encourage this behaviour.
