The support and culture of feeling like a family more than a group of coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact im working with people my age and that we're all pushing to become better versions of ourselves
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its up to me what i get out of it, the harder i work the more I get. Also, i love traveling and with cutco I get to do that for free as an additional reward for working hard.
