We have a lot of fun while still getting done what we need to get done

Everyone is excited and eager to reach their goals and we get to lift each other up

The leadership team is always looking to invest in their people, and they see potential in them to grow as a leader.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Given the opportunity to go on trips. The first time I ever got to leave the country was on a Vector Trip.
