After finding the right department and the right managers my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I love what I do and I love helping others and being creative with my job.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'd say good but could be better. I had to move around a little to find my place. One disconnect our company has is the different locations dont see each other as equals even though we all work for one company. I have worked at both State and Seneca and its almost like they dont respect each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and managers are what make my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every year, each employee receives a "bonus" regardless of the position you are in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can also have fun while we are at work and its always family first.

We arent just another employee at Cutco, they truly care about us and what we have to say.

My co workers are very positive and they always have good work energy and never a negative attitude.

Each year we receive a bonus whether its big or small and not many places can say they do that.

We truly are a family at Cutco. We take care of one another and are always there for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about you as a person and not just about the work you produce. You aren't just a number, you actually matter and they remember everyones name.
What makes you most happy at work?
My managers are alwasy there but they trust us to do our work and it makes me want to work hard for them. They arent micromangers. They make the work place comfortable and enjoyable and are very open to discussion about any topic whether its work related or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In the department I work in, we have absolutely no drama, we all have the same mindset and we work very well as a team. My managers do a very good job at setting great examples of how to be professional, be a good person, and show good work ethic.
