The healthcare we have compared to other company's. I appreciate the profit share we continue to receive and, the vacation time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since we are locally owned and operated, the officers of our company know their employees. They go out of their way to do special things for us like purchasing strawberry short cake and have a nice annual picnic.
