Overall my time with the company, has been full of personal and professional growth. I have also met some pretty cool people who have a similar drive and work ethic as me. We really push each other to be successful and become the best version of ourselves.

Always willing to insight wisdom on people who are struggling or are looking for a better way to do things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very welcoming and selfless culture not only on our team but from the company. I really feel it at conferences when the whole region gets together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that even though I am running my own office, I can still learn and improve my leadership skills, but also myself as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team culture, which I think is infectious and a ton of fun. I think people from other teams have commented on it. It makes it a lot easier to welcome in new people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid 21 or 22 different ways which is exciting and I haven't even taken advantage of it in its full potential since this is my first couple of months as a manager running my own office.
