They are always available to offer support and guidance - however, they don't stand in our way either. They give us the tools and let us make our dreams a reality.
What makes you most happy at work?
The People - My Friends, Collegues and Mentors in the company! The Products - Best in the World of it's kind - In 28 years I have never had to apologize to a customer about the quality of our products.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Compassionate team that cares about the well being of each other! We support each other during the hard times and celebrate together the wins. I have never seen a company and teams that are more positive and energetic than at this company!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The manager pay is fantastic for young single people. However, it is harder to sustain a family long term. That said I believe the company is making great strides toward the efforts of making the Office Manager position a more competitive position. Excited to see whats coming!
